He/him

James is a general practitioner who enjoys caring for patients with multiple or complex health issues.

James finished his Biomedical Science studies in 2007 and graduated in Medicine from Bond University in 2012.

He developed a range of clinical skills through working in GP clinics and hospitals across Queensland, including three years in ICUs and other critical care areas.

James has extra qualifications in dermoscopy and is known for his diagnostic accuracy and thoroughness in detecting skin cancers.

He’s also an active member of the reputable Skin Cancer College Australasia, where he stays up to date on advancements in skin cancer medicine.

James is a laid-back bloke who enjoys forming lasting relationships and sharing a good laugh – something his paediatric patients can vouch for.

What’s more, he knows the importance of listening to you and empowering you to better understand your health and well-being.

When it’s time to put down his stethoscope and dermatoscope for the day, James can often be found at the beach kitesurfing or walking his adorable miniature dachshund.

James is currently on paternity leave. He’ll be back in the clinic from Tuesday, 22 September.
