Melisa is a compassionate and approachable doctor who believes in complete patient care and the building of therapeutic patient-doctor relationships.
She graduated from Adelaide University in 2000 and gained her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2006.
Melisa has amassed a vast amount of experience in the many facets of general practise. She worked at a family practice in South Yarra for eight years and within community health in St Kilda.
Melisa now regularly practises as a FIFO doctor within Indigenous health in rural Western Australia and Far North Queensland.
A consummate general practice professional, Melisa has special interests in:

- Pregnancy planning and shared care
- Child and youth health
When she’s not working, Melisa loves spending time with her husband and daughter, camping, cooking and playing the piano.
Melisa practises part-time at Doctors of South Melbourne, often covering her colleagues’ holiday leave.
