Most of us experience mental health challenges throughout our lives – some occasionally, others more often.

Many look to their GP to start the healing process. Whether it’s simply to talk with someone you can trust or get a specialist referral, we’re here for you.

We can also assess your eligibility for a Mental Health Care Plan. This plan entitles you to rebates for up to 20 counselling sessions a year, meaning Medicare helps with some of the costs of appointments with mental health professionals.
